The Barn
Cove Acre Farms is a unique facility with a one-of-a-kind barn – rustic, elegant, and spacious while remaining secluded, being nestled in the heart of nearly 40 tranquil acres. Whether your event theme is Rustic Charm, Sequins & Glam, Bohemian, Modern or anything in between, this is the place for your story to begin!
Inside the barn you are welcomed by a structure with character created by decades of life as a horse farm. The East and West halls offer expansive windows which open to the grounds creating an open-air feeling. The North and South walls offer large, sliding barn doors that allow your guests to move easily between the barn and covered patios or outdoor grassy areas.
Key interior features include romantic lighting, six restrooms, caterer’s kitchen with separate entry, and Groom’s quarters featuring leather furniture, a mini fridge, TV and a door to patio space. Upstairs under a magnificent window and bespoke chandelier are a stage and dance floor as well as two additional porches for grabbing some fresh air during a dance-filled evening.
The Farmhouse
Since its renovation, the Farmhouse has become a feature all to itself. Brides loves the bright open spaces it offers, and Rehearsal Dinner works wonderfully under its sheltered wing.
It is secluded from the main grounds yet is only a short walk away from the Barn. The Farmhouse provides: six make-up stations, two bathrooms, a kitchen with sitting area, large covered open-air wing, and large porch finishes it off.
The Farmhouse is included with Two Day Rentals, and is available for rent as an add-on for all other rental options.
Weddings
Inventory
One and two day rentals include access to the barn for decorating, rehearsal, and choice of location of Barn or Farmhouse for Rehearsal Dinner, as well as all-day access to the Barn and Farmhouse on your wedding day.

- Use of venue and grounds prior to wedding for engagement photos (by appointment)

- We also provide set up and take down of ceremony and reception sites. We empty trash and assist in clean-up after your reception.
