The two questions we get asked the most are: what does a rental cost and what is included?
These are great questions! Here are the details:
One Day Rental:
Friday or Sunday $2900
(12 hours on day of rental)
Saturday (not available in October) $3900
(12 hours on day of rental)
Two Day Rental:
Friday and Saturday $4900
Includes the Farmhouse
(8 hours on Friday, 12 hours on Saturday)
Farmhouse Rental:

What is included? Everything, with no extra fees. Really. Everything we have to offer is included in the prices you see above. The list below shows the big things that are included. The inventory of available decorations and other items that are included are shown on the What to Expect page.
One and Two Day Rentals include:
- A full day’s use of the venue for Engagement photos. You and your photographer will love this – you’ll get stunning photos and your photographer gets to plan for your Wedding Day.
- Use of vendors of your own choosing
- Air conditioned Bride and Groom suites
- Catering kitchen
- 200 white and/or150 natural chairs
- 10 white farmhouse benches (seats 50)
- Twenty-three 60″ round tables
- Ten 48″ round tables
- Two 8-foot long rectangular tables
- Seven 6-foot long rectangular tables
- Eight cocktail height round tables
- Six farmhouse tables
- Three drink service bars, may be used in multiple locations
- Ceremony and Reception space for up to 200 guests
- Use of band stage and dance floor
- Six restrooms
- Ample parking (130+ cars)
- Parking staff to assist your guests
- Golf cart with driver
- Cove Acre Farms staff sets up and takes down tables and chairs
- Cove Acre Farms staff om hand to assist in making your day perfect
We also offer hourly rentals of the barn and grounds for up to six hours, as well as unlimited hourly use of the grounds for photography, etc.
We’ve decided to build in our all-inclusive pricing this way for an important reason: we saw couples overwhelmed with pricing options and extra fees that led to unwanted compromises in their wedding plans in order to meet budget; we knew there was another way.

Can I choose my own vendors?
Yes, this is your special day and we want you to use exactly who you choose.
Can we do both the ceremony and the reception at Cove Acre Farms?
Yes, the majority of couples choose to have both events at Cove Acre Farms.
What lodging and accommodations are nearby?
The Hampton Inn and Gadsden Inn & Suites are both highly rated, offer block bookings, and are less than 15 minutes away.
What is the size of the barn?
The barn is 12,000 sq. feet under roof with two exposed balconies giving an additional 950 sq. feet each. A floor plan is available upon request.
How far out should I book my wedding?
Book your venue before anything else. All of your other ideas will be shaped by venue choice.

How do I reserve my event date?
To reserve your event date we must receive a $1000 first payment and signed contract.
How many guests can the barn accommodate?
The barn can accommodate up to 200 guests inside.
Is on-site parking available?
Yes, parking is available in our designated lot adjacent to the barn. There is parking for at least 100 cars.
Do you offer transport for guests from parking area to the venue?
Yes, we have golf carts available to transport guests from the parking lot to the venue.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol is allowed. Beer and wine only, and only with a bartender. Event insurance is a recommended with alcohol service.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, there is wheelchair access to the grounds and the lower level of the barn.
