Pricing & Rental

The two questions we get asked the most are; what does rental cost and what is included? These are great questions! 

Here are the details:

One Day Rental:

Friday or Sunday: $4,500 ( 12 hours on day of rental)

Saturday: $5,000 (12 hours on day of rental), Not available in October

Two Day Rental:

Friday & Saturday: $6,000

Includes the Farmhouse (8 hours on Friday, 12 hours on Saturday)

Farmhouse Rental:

Add the extra space and character of the renovated century-old farmhouse $500 

What is included? Everything, with no extra fees. Really. Everything we have to offer is included in the prices you see above. The list below shows the big things that are included. 

One and two day rentals include access to the barn for decorating, rehearsal, and choice of location of Barn or Farmhouse for Rehearsal Dinner, as well as all-day access to the Barn and Farmhouse on your wedding day.

All packages include:

  • Use of venue and grounds prior to wedding for engagement photos (by appointment)
  • 43 tables (23- 60″ round, 10- 48″ round, 8 hi-tops, 8- 6′ rectangular, 2- 8′ rectangular)
  • 200 white resin chairs
  • 150 natural wood chairs
  • 10 white farmhouse benches
  • 9 tables of various sizes for gifts, cake, etc
  • 2 arbors, (1 fixed, 1 mobile)
  • 2 wooden crosses (8′ & 11′)
  • Ceremony doors
  • 2 whiskey barrels
  • 2 galvanized troughs (for serving non-alcoholic beverages)
  • Vintage & modern sofas
  • Multiple chandeliers to hang in various locations
  • 8 patio heaters
  • 3 service bars (your choice of locations)
  • Large parking area
  • Parking attendant
  • 2- 6 passenger golf carts with drivers
  • Event security
  • Caterers kitchen with separate service entry
  • 6 restrooms
  • Wooden dance floor with a stage upstairs in our 12,000 square foot barn
  • Groom’s room in the barn (air conditioned/heated with TV, sofa, refrigerator, private bathroom)
  • 1000 square foot Farmhouse for Bride and bridal party for dressing and photography
  • Decor Closet with lanterns, battery candles, signs, flower cart, etc for your use with decorating
  • We also provide set up and take down of ceremony and reception sites. We empty trash and assist in clean-up after your reception

We also offer hourly rentals of the barn and grounds for up to six hours, as well as unlimited hourly use of only the grounds for photography, etc. Please contact us for more information. 

FAQ

Can I choose my own vendors?

Yes, it is your special day and we want you to use exactly who you chose.

Can we do both the ceremony and the reception at Cove Acre Farms? 

Yes, the majority of couples choose to have both events at Cove Acre Farms.

What lodging and accommodations are nearby?

The Hampton Inn and Gadsden Inn & Suites are both highly rated, offer block bookings, and are less than 15 minutes away.

What is the size of the barn?

The barn is 12,000 sp. feet under the roof with two exposed balconies giving an additional 950 sq. feet each. A floor plan is available upon request, and will be posted here soon.

How far out should I book my wedding?

Book your venue before anything else. All of your other ideas will be shaped by venue choice.

How do I schedule a visit to Cove Acre Farms?

Email us here, or give us a call, (205) 527-7654 to schedule an appointment. Available for calls and scheduling 7 days a week. Business hours are 8:00-6:00 CT

How do I reserve my event date at Cove Acre Farms?

To reserve your event date we must receive a $1000 first payment and signed contract.

How many guests can the barn accommodate?

We provide seating for approximately 200 guests. 

Is on-site parking available?

Yes, parking is available in our designated lot adjacent to the barn. There is parking for at least 100 cars.

Do you offer transport for guests from parking area to the venue?

Yes, we have golf carts available to transport guests from the parking lot to the venue.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, Alcohol is allowed. Beer and wine only, and only with a bartender. Event insurance is recommended with alcohol service. 

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, there is wheelchair access to the grounds and the lower level of the barn.
